Rockfax Description
VDiff. The left-hand arete of the wall which has many variations. Start in the gully behind the left-hand side of the crag. Climb the steep wall rightwards to get onto the ridge and follow this easily to a large step. Climb the ridge on the left to the summit in two or three long pitches. © Rockfax

We were already having doubts before I fell off. Looks like there has been a recent rock fall on pitch 1, leaving ledges mounded with rubble- I was trying to find a way round these so as not to kill my belayer, when something under my feet gave way.
