Follow Invernookie to the foot of the obvious fault immediately left of the edge. Two thin pulls on thinning turf, and steady, well protected work to the top. Spicy, but Korma not vindaloo

Yourlead 18 Mar 2nd Abseiled in from top of Fiacaill Ridge due to very dodgy snow conditions. Climbed the superb top pitch. Quite atmospheric with ice / hoar fallling all the time from the buttresses. Turf frozen where needed and even some just helpful neve. Last time I climbed this route was in 1995.

Phil_Brock 16 Feb, 2018 TR O/S Abseiled into the top pitch due to avalanche conditions with the aim of building an anchor and then leading back up. Couldn't find enough gear to build said anchor so ended up climbing back up the final pitch on top rope. Bottom part had heavy build up making it hard to find gear / hooks, relying on the built up snow to make moves. Easier although still physical further up into the chimney where there were plenty of places to put protection.

AliGilmour 21 Jan, 2018 Lead O/S Top pitch only - abbed in from Fiacaill Ridge. Buttress was pretty plastered so had to do a fair amount of digging. The copious amount of spindrift just added to the experience - yaaasss. Turf was bomber though. Topped out and got on to the plateau where it was a whiteout and hefty windy. Psyched though, great pitch and class day battling the lovely (rather Scottish) conditions!

Al_Mac 2 Jan, 2017 Lead Plan B after the snowgates were shut at Glenshee. Arrived in the carpark at 7am after a 3.5hr drive so got 20 mins of sleep in before starting to walk in. Windy but not horrific. Decided on Sneachda after seeing twenty students heading into Lochain and deciding I didn't want to share a corrie with them. Fiacaill seemed quietest so headed for there and ended up here. Great climbing, and some sheltered belays too despite the spindrift and swirling winds. No real banking out. Ended up belaying in the chimney as couldn't hear how much rope was left. Annoyingly there'd have been plenty. Better safe than sorry though and it was a sheltered belay. A great day out and not a bad 2nd route for Gemma.

guitarshane 27 Dec, 2016 AltLd O/S Wasn't sure if anything was going to be in condition today, most of the buttresses look totally black in the half light when we got into Sneachda. Fiacaill buttress looked most promising so went for a closer look. Daylight revealed the Seam to be in excellent condition, turf totally solid and rock all frosted up. Really enjoyed the climbing, done in two pitches so we both got a bit of leading. Nothing too hard just nice steady climbing and decent gear throughout.
