βeta: Route description, grades and topo in the OAC Climb Tafraout (Broadbent) book are spot on so can’t see how the route can be that confusing. Have put up a photo of what we climbed on p4. This leads to the lovely corner finger crack of p5.

βeta: Pitch 4 is very confused in the climb Tafraout book and looking at the log others have clearly had trouble. Our other team traversed left and climbed a steep wall, I continued straight up the corner (which the topo seems to suggest to do) which was absolutely superb and certainly the best climbing on the route, highly recommended. Both alternatives were at least as hard as the first pitch and certainly not 4b.
