Patrick P1, P3 and P5. The reference to left hand crack in the Morocco Rock guidebook is quite misleading - it's referring to the left of the two cracks which go up the right-hand corner of the red wall. Solid 5a. The crack on the left-hand side of the wall is 5b/c according to the Oxford Alpine Club book and has probably trapped a fair few leaders.

I did pitches 1, 3, and 5. Pitch 5 is E1 5b . Route description seems ok in Morocco rock guide. Pitch 4 is good, pitch 5 excellent. We got back to the car, sat on the wall near the mosque, listening to the birds, donkeys and the muzzins up the valley. Magic.

I may have gone the wrong way but pitch 5 felt more E2 than HVS.

Neither of us could work out the left hand crack on the supposed 5a pitch. Finished up Afantinsar Dogs

i led P1,3 and 6, colin did p2+5, P4 went completely AWOL and colin had to rest on the gear on P5 to work out the moves, which were harder than 5a. not a 3 star route but some good climbing.

The guide describes pitch 5 as HVS 5a but it's much harder.
