UKC Logbook Description
The thin crack and crimpy wall give excellent climbing which really kicks in above half-height. Finish up the lovely tufa. Originally given 7b but it is a lot easier than that.

The crux feels easily beyond 7a, particularly with the balancy mantle at the top of the crack. That'd be fine, but for the bolting - it's poorly spaced, and the bolts at the crux moves are rusted to the point of serious concern. Used the clipstick on two bolts to avoid any risk of testing them, and didn't want to try and lead it clean due to safety concerns. I feel like this is a really great route, with some beautiful climbing, but just not in this state of repair. A prime candidate for rebolting.

expansion bolts on top half are v. rusty. Lower off staples are new though.
