Lead first two pitches (or variations on them, wasnt entirely sure!) then abbed off below chimney on pitch 3 as it hadnt caught any wind or snow and was totally not in nick. Not my favourite route and i'll not be rushing back to it with Engineers slabs and Jabberwock around the corner !

Climbed again to access Oblique Chimney. Lead the second pitch moving rightwards over slabs.

climbed it again as an approach to Oblique Chimney.

Led the initial crack making use of a chock stone high up in the crack. The slab above was trickier than it initially looked. From a ledge should have possible gone left up a small wall but difficult to pick out from route description in deep slushy wet snow. Found some challenging lines with some good corners and chimneys. Good mountaineering route with a bit of everything.

ste led the crack in great style making real short work of it. Sloshy wet snow on most of route but frozen turf hidden underneath. Looking for the most challenging lines revealed some tasty chimneys and corners which kept it interesting toward the top.
