βeta: The first good 3 finger pocket on mirf's has broken a bit whilst using as a foot. Hold is still good as a handhold. Have left the bit that's broken (on a ledge near the start) incase anyone thinks it'll benefit from a repair. For now think best to avoid using as a foot as there are good alternatives | βeta?

βeta: When brushing the top holds take care to do so very gently indeed, ideally just to remove leaves etc. Aggressive scrubbing will remove the extremely thin layer of solid rock and expose the loose sand below, making the problem harder not easier. It is a frustrating mantel but exercise some self-control and don't take it out on the rock!! | βeta?
