320m, 9 pitches. Simply has to be one of the best 5.8s in the country (world) - 9 pitches of amazing rock, with constant difficulty but varying terrain. Trad gear is only necessary if you mind 30' runouts between bolts (!), but anyone who is confident at Red Rocks 5.9 will not mind the gaps. Top two pitches can be combined with a 60m rope, and take 12 draws (not the 9 stated in the guidebook)

planetmarshall 3 Nov, 2017 AltLd Led evens. About VS, run out in places. Could be scary in places if that's your limit. Although it is possibly the best VS in the world, so you should do it anyway.

victim of mathematics 29 Oct, 2013 AltLd O/S Had the route to ourselves on a cold day. Brilliant climbing, at a sustained 5.7-5.8 grade throughout. The 'crux' pitch wasn't appreciably harder than any others, although the easier penultimate 5.7 pitch felt like the actual crux. Led P3, 6 & 9.

Leelogs 29 Oct, 2013 AltLd Led P2,5&8. Amazing position. Looks unbelievable from the bottom that a climb of VS grade goes up the huge tower face. Most pitches could be swapped around grade wise going at 5.7/5.8

Dave Reeve ?Apr, 2013 AltLd O/S If a 1000ft of top quality HVS grade climbing grabs you and you don't mind a long walk in then this is the climb for you... Either be very early or prepared for a long wait as the guidebook description ensures its' high popularity... Personally, I thought the best climbing was pitch 4 onwards but it's all very good...

Andy Clarke 4 Oct, 2012 AltLd O/S Superb climbing up a soaring line with stunning views. The best multi-pitch 5.8 I've done. Stellar. Led Ps 2,4 etc. PS Thanks to John from Aspen ("window cleaner to the stars") and his Brit friends, who led us in then let us climb first.

jcw ??, 2003 - Started walk in at 11am at 103F. Started climb 1pm 5.5hrs up and down. Near top saw pair who'd started at 7.30 starting to ab. Absolutely knackered but what a way to finish a holiday. Brilliant lead by Andre and not bad for a second aged 69.
