90m, 2 pitches. The parking area is at a small recycling site, 5.8 miles from the Shell petrol station in Hemsedal. From the parking, walk up the dead-end road towards Hydalen until you reach a house on the left side of the road. Here, leave the road and start ascending the path through the trees. The start of the route is approx 500m from the road. Grade varies from approx 2+ to 3+ depending on the route chosen across the broad icefall. First pitch approx 50m to a flatter area with a welcome belay (screws). The second pitch is easier depending on the line chosen. After approx 20m the angle eases for a further 20m and it is possible to belay at a tree towards the left. This tree is equipped with some tat that can be used as an abseil anchor, or you can walk down through the trees back to the start. NB there is a further tree with tat that has been used as an abseil anchor half way down the slope if you fancy a shorter abseil.
