Glyn Davidson 3 Jul AltLd O/S Fantastic finale to a day in Idwal. First pitch had one move which I made look difficult but was well protected, second pitch again was well protected and the climbing never desperate. Scramble up looks intimidating from a distance but is fine once you get on it. Route was dry for the most part.

shed_hed 13 May, 2016 Solo O/S Fantastic route! Felt similar to Main Wall with an exposed move at the end. Excellent quality rock. Start was wet but didn't detract from the climbing. Looks like it will be a great winter route too.

caradoc 3 Sep, 2014 Lead O/S Despite several dry days the first half of the climb was very wet, this made for a few nervy moments and detracted from the quality of the route. Good positions but overall a bit underwhelming. I agree with the comments on crampon scratches, a great pity but I wonder if it gets more winter than summer ascents. It had a neglected feel, understandable considering the grass and seepage. Video here: http://youtu.be/1SNNg8hZ4Js

Mark Kemball 15 Jul, 2014 Lead What a superb route, well worth the long approach. First pitch was very wet, but the friction was still good. Some crampon scratches, it would be a great pity if this were to spoil the route (cf Engineers' Slab, Great Gable).

George_Surf 20 Jun, 2012 Lead O/S An exciting climb, even the scramble approach was interesting. The first pitch was wet and slimy making it pretty scary. I didn't get a runner in for ages and when i finally did it just popped straight out. The miniscule semi-hanging belay ledge is incredibly out-there. Feels like your 1500ft off the deck with nothing below you. Pitch 2 is amazing, incredible position, good moves on steep rock and tons of great gear. Very exciting climb with some serious atmosphere and exposure. Glad we didn't have an epic!
