6m. right of Questor, 5ft left of the thin crack of Zulu. The slab has some suspect flakes, leading to ledges and a corner finish up a steep crack to the right.

Really didn't enjoy this route. The first section was very tenuous with awful protection. The exit from the upper chimney was nails. I actually found it harder than the Don.

Quite hard. One move above the grassy ledge was tricky. Wynd Cliff takes no prisinors. I was very nearly killed by a boulder released by my partner as he abseiled past a tree near the finish of Questor. Luckily he shouted and I jumped left as it hit the pile of ropes. Close call!

Yet another good lead from Aiden. Had a discussion regarding stars/grading. Worth maybe 2 possibly three but some of the loose rock detracts. It certainly is unrelenting and isn't a one move wonder. A mix of slabby at the start with little gear (a metre out to the left) and good vertical. A fair bit harder than the HVS 5a in the book when compared to Bitter Battle Tears etc: or are they just lower in the grade?

Moved right at the top to belay as for Zulu; the other options involved crossing earth slopes with loosely embedded rocks. Can't remember if I did this before.

We think Andy started off on the wrong line, I took a swing trying to traverse back onto the route after getting gear out, pulled on gear more than once.

Possibly too far left near start as hard. Then the corners near the top were hard, ended up pulling on gear

Exhausted by the end of the day. Came off the last move.

Started in wrong place, on the E3 5c to the left. Mini epic completed, got down again-just. After a rest, tried again. Bold lower down, and a wobbly hold which i avoided due to no decent pro nearby. Joy to get the ledge at 15m; but then higher up the corner moves are HARD! esp. getting off the grassy ledge. Then a steep sting with peg below at the very top. Quality but my nerves were shot by the end! High end HVS.

Nice bold first section then great climbing up the wall and corners. Probably a lot harder to lead than second and could easily have been E1.

Finished up this after bailing on Zulu. Tough but well protected. Hvs 5b

Set off at 8:45pm. Thought the bottom section was a little nerve-wracking, but the climbing was not too hard. Despite reaching the final jug, I was spat off/failed pathetically on the first attempt.

Top end HVS, start of climb was unclear & bold but final corner and crack were great

A brilliant route at the top of the grade with continuously interesting climbing. Not entirely obvious where to start - in the end I started pretty much as for Zulu because of a distinct lack of gear further left. Thin and committing moves lower down lead to well protected technical climbing and a steep finish.

Had a foot hold break under me about 1/4 of the way up. The shrapnel cut through half of the left rope as it hit the ground. Finished up just relying on the right rope.

Excellent route though found it a tad bold on the first 10m's. extremely fun navigating the corners though. shame about the earthy finish to a decent belay tree

I found less gear on the start of this than on Zulu. Loads of gear higher up - just as well, as some of the corner moves are trickier than they look.
