210m, 4 pitches. This is an oft overlooked route that climbs the left edge of the black velvet wall. Start 50fr right of the huge block propped against the base of the wall. The route goes to the top of the wall but most parties abseil after pitch 4.
1. Climb up and left into a crack/seam. climb it to an anchor. 5.8+, 50m
2. Head left off the anchor and climb the face up to a right facing corner. Climb the corner and its left wall into a chimney which is followed to a tree belay. 5.8+, 55m
3. Step left off the ledge behind the tree. Traverse past the abseil anchor in the wall and climb the OW to fingers crack to a belay above a sapling. 5.9, 55m
4. Climb up off the belay and leftwards towards a bolt on the arete. Climb around the arete and climb the face past 4 bolts to another bolt anchor. 5.9, 45m
