βeta: This is both harder and more serious than the mitaligi ridge of the Eiger (D), having many sections with bold 4a-4c climbing and virtually no fixed gear for aiding/protection. take a reasonable alpine rack despite what the \'Mountaineering in the Swiss alps\' guidebook says, it is only the final tower/gendarm which is a clip up, everything else needs natural pro!

βeta: Superb line on generally solid rock. No snow or verglas, but a long hard day.
