Somewhat convoluted, somewhat techy ascent of the small cave.
S.S. on low L/H crimp, right hand wide on lip and feet on good bicycle using obvious nub and left arete (no heel cam against L/H block!) Gain dish with left hand, swing feet right and heel up. Move hands up and swing back left to another heel and good left hand jug to go for the top.
