An exhilarating excursion in a wonderfully exposed situation above the Great Wall. Take plenty of RPs and small wires and a thin sling for a spike at the top of the groove:
Ascend the final pitch of Jelly Roll for about 10 metres until almost level with the obvious overlap to the left. Step down onto a ledge on the left then move up and left towards the righthand end of the overlap. Space-walk leftwards to gain the bottom of the slim groove in the headwall. Climb the groove, (burly at first and wild at the top) to gain a slab. Climb the short groove above, either direct or exiting on the right.
