30m. Lion Rock
Access is difficult needing a descent down a loose roped quarry scree slope opposite the island and a boulder hop and swim with dry bags.
The west side of the island is daunting and complicated.
This route takes the northern end just to the south of the obvious overhangs and gully.
Start at a flake of serpentine that looks like soap. Follow the easiest way up the jumble and vague arĂȘte passing two easy stances. Care is needed with the yellow lichen covered looser blocks from 3/4 height upwards.
