Pheasant shooting season is on from the 1st october - 1st Febuary.The hill on the approach from the road and the surrounding area/fields are currently being used for Pheasant shooting and the land owner has asked climbers to avoid using the venue until the pheasant shooting season is over.
The obvious large overhung boulder, with distinctive giant pocket.
Starting on giant pocket to the right, traverse left along small sloping crimps, continuing left to the large diagonally sloping rail. It's possible to either climb directly up to the lip, utilizing a small sharp crimp for the right hand or continue left matching the sloping rail. Top out on schist features (careful!).
