35m. Maybe E2 due to rusty peg that protects crux although modern gear might make a difference.

Nice route with plenty of interest, but not sure I went the right way as felt more like bold E2 5c or even E3 5c to me, crux was some balancy, slopey moves half way up above very dodgy gear. Supposed 5b crux was easy and well protected with two good cams (peg long gone) Dangerous sandbag at E1. You could avoid the bold, hard bit on the left but would still be tough E1...
