Rockfax Description
The central corner of the Main Buttress is a varied climb. Start below the right side of Rock Table Ledge.
1) 4a, 17m. Gain Rock Table Ledge. Move right onto a blunt arete and follow it to a belay under the corner.
2) 4b, 13m. The excellent corner-crack to a large grassy ledge.
3) 4b, 13m. Move out right and down to a ledge that leads to a crack. Take the crack to ledges and a block belay.
4) 10m. Finish up the slab. (Pitch not shown on topo). © Rockfax

βeta: Scamble up pitch 1 and 4 in trainers. Pitch 2 was a horrible slimy wet mess at Easter time which would probably be more fun when dry in summer! | βeta?

βeta: First pitch rockfall topo makes little sense. Best from the crack to join the corner of Artefact. Pitch 2 and 3 are *** just could do with more traffic but fantastic climbing. Pitch 4 is just a short scramble up. Well worth doing, an unexpected gem. | βeta?
