La Frasse runnels © Chris F
Amazing 50m Limestone slab with long water runnels. Main crag has 3 pitch routes, with shorter ones on right hand side. Faces SSW, so can be very hot in summer, but good in Spring and Autumn, and potential winter suntrap. bottom of crag is shaded by trees which can make (often polished) lower pitches wet for a while after rain. Very short approach, and in residential area, so behave. Picnic area and squat bog in car park.
Vertical routes on edgy limestone, vaguely similar to some Peak crags. faces SSW, but routes are for the most shaded by trees, especially at the base.
La Frasse - park in car park, 2 min walk to routes east of car park.
Treydon - 8-10 min walk west of car park up path next to toilet.
Houses nearby, so keep shouting and swearing to minimum.
