From the car park walk down and right to the clifftop path. You quickly reach a wooden platform with some bins. Down right is a gulley that leads you to the water. This is the Chasm access. Traversing right (climbers' left is the start of the reverse of Blackies Traverse and will lead you to Splashdown.
Alternatively, keep going along the path past the wooden platform. There are unlocked gates along the fence. The first gate gives access to the top of the cliff and some popular jumps. The second gate gives access to the scramble down to 'Slashdown'.
