The large, domed shape of Suaineabhal is a distinctive landform and the length of its west side is composed of much rock, most of it fairly broken and vegetated.
Turn off the B8011 just over the bridge 1.8km past the shop at Timsgarry and take the road to Loch Suaineabhal to park opposite the bridge at the. foot of the loch. Cross the bridge and follow the side of the loch to the south of the Euscleit Mòr knoll to gain the upper of two paths that run beneath the cliff to reach a small and narrow stony gully leading to the base of the slabs on the West Face.
