A 200m high limestone crag, generally good to very good rock quality except for the breaks (incl. overhangs), which can show quite loose rock. The routes are bolted, but additional protection might be required depending on the route.
Descend by abseiling.
Approach notes
The road to Melchsee-Frutt crosses a stream 1.7km after Melchtal, where a smaller road turns left leading towards the forest. The parking is reached after about 450m. From there it's approx. 2 - 2.5 hours on foot.
Attention: Driving up towards the alp is prohibited! The chance to get an expensive fine is not too small!

Closed to climbing Nov 15th - May 15th (hunting season) with further restrictions till Jun 15th.
