Before entering the Auyuituq National Park - wherein Asgard is located - it is necessary to register with the Park Service in Pangnirtung and "take an orientation"; this presumably means have an induction/briefing. There is a fee. [This advice is from the 2008 guidebook; one imagines that it's still current.] Hence the "Advice" access state.
