Around 50 minutes from Trondheim, this is probably the best trad crag in the area without having to take a ferry, with a mix of sport and multi-pitch trad routes. The multi-pitch routes have good gear and comfortable belay ledges, many with large trees to attach yourself too. The sport routes are well bolted.
The best way down is to abseil, either down the route directly or head to the right at the top and abseil down the gully.
The parking has changed since the construction of the new E6. The carkpark described in the Trønder rock guide is no longer present, however it is possible to park directly beneath the cliff on a small road that runs adjacent to the E6.
