Wildstrubel East Flank (first the lower glacier then the right hand glacier) © rlrs
The three evenly-matched peaks of the Wildstrubel offer easy alpine routes and a viewpoint to the mountains of Valais and even Mont Blanc. The peaks can be linked together on their common ridge line. Popular ski-touring peak.
The middle summit is climbed from the Lämmerenhütte or even the accommodation at the Gemmipass. The Wildstrubelhütte is the best start for the main Wildstrubel summit, while the Grossstrubel can be climbed from Engstligenalp.
