Crag features

This is the prow of rock that can be seen midway between north walk and dewaldon drive.

A lot more overgrown than as shown in the 2005 guidebook photos, making a difficult approach now. 1 anchor point is present, but it is currently very rusty.

The approach (problematic autumn 2017) has recently been cleared, straightforward April 2018. Anchor not seen.

Approach notes

Follow path from dewaldon rocks, until it can be seen below path, bit of an overgrown scramble down to the rocks. Currently (April 2018) also reasonable from below - follow a faint path up the valley between Ivy Scar and Nameless Rocks until level with the lower rocks of the nose (to avoid the worst of the bracken), then traverse across.

Restricted Access

The land upon which all the outcrops lie, is owned and managed by the Malvern Hills Conservators. This organisation was created and empowered by an Act of Parliament and by local councils to preserve the hills for all to enjoy. As such, they have no objection to climbing, but they do request that a courtesy call be made to their offices (in person or by telephone) prior to climbing. Priors Croft, Great Malvern.
