Crag features

The Kummerstal crag lies hidden in a small woody valley and provides good climbing possibilities especially during summer. The Wachauergrat sector provides perfect 'plaisir climbing' up to 17 pitches in the 4th to 6th grade (You can make it more difficult using the sport climbing alternative pitches) - a must do for every Wachauclimber!

Note that on weekends the route can get crowded due to its, already gathered, cult status in eastern Austria. Routes on the Kummerstalturm and Ruck-Zuck Wandl are mostly short, steep and crimpy.
