Crag features

A collection of 65 boulders split into 2 areas. This is amongst the trees with a mixture of good and bad landings.REMEMBER to check the way off as this can be problematic.

Approach notes

LOW APPROACH for Belevedere Sector.

From San Martino continue for 4km until the entrance to the Bagni Masino beech forest. Park at the start of the wood (sign Alpe Merdarola) take a little path into the wood. Boulders 33 and 34 are already visable from the car park.


UPPER APROACH for ERSAF Sector

From San Martino continue for 4.5km to Bagni Masino park. Park in the first lay by on the left before the buildings of the baths. Climb up a steep unmade road which comes out in onto a broad meadow where you will see Boulder 22.

UPPER APPROACH for Belevedere

Same as above but before the baita (mountain house) take the path on the left (sign for Val Merdarola and Rifugio Omio, after 2 mins you wil arrive in the wood next to boulder 11
