Rocktype Sandstone (hard)
Altitude 391m a.s.l
Faces W
A small quarried wall about 4.5 metres in height on good solid sandstone. Despite the limited amount of problems, it is worth a look if you find yourself in the local area or walking on the Cleveland Way. There's a large quarry a bit north from the main wall which currently holds one problem and may hold some trad routes.
On open access moorland. Park at Lord Stones Café. Join the Cleveland Way as it crosses the back of the car park and follow it up onto Cringle Moor to the viewpoint. Leave the viewpoint heading south east on the path for about 200m, then break off across the moor in a south west direction. After 5 minutes or so you'll drop onto the quarry. Do not approach from below and strictly no dogs.
