Two freestanding boulders hidden in the woods a few miles from Alford. Generally excellent problems, but recent tree felling has ruined the approach and ambience of the place.
Approach from the Keig - Glenton road at My Lord's Throat. The boulder is marked on the OS 1:25000 map and the approach tracks are obvious from this map.
Does anyone know where this is? I would be quite keen to go for a visit. Dopey_172 - 28/Feb/12 |

Just out of interest Stuart, how on earth did you stumble across this lonely stane.
I take it that "Wasted Potential" is padding up the middle of the Eve boulder? fatass - 20/Sep/06 |

Sandbagged? the VB to V1 problems seem well undergraded.
Strained some finger tendons and picked up a tick aswell, maybe I was just having a very "off" day. fatass - 20/Sep/06 |
