Crag features
This is the impressive line of cliffs extending eastwards from Mewsford Point and characterised by a series of steep walls and dramatic overhangs rising directly above the sea. There is a continuous line of cliffs towards the western end, which remained untouched for a number of years, but have now been tamed.
Approach notes
Approach from Stack Rocks in 35 mins, or 40 mins from St. Govan's.
Restricted Access
Night firing normally occurs on Tues & Thurs but can alternate to Mon & Wed.
Seasonal Restrictions
Dates: 1 March to 1 August
Reason: Nesting Birds
The nesting restriction (1st Mar - 1st Aug) covers Brain Drain to Lacerator/Helen's Horror on Panzer Walls. The restriction incudes the mamouth traverse line of "The Labyrith". However the routes Mickey Mice to Miss Anne Thorpe, including the routes on the Upper Tier are not subject to this restriction, and may be climbed at any time of year.
