A jumbled collection of walls and slabs perched high above the heart of Central Business District. Collectively they are referred to as ‘Central’. Vertical wall climbing is standard fare but there are steeper lines which tackle roofs or leaning walls. Rock quality is very good and the range of grades and choice of sectors makes this a popular venue. The approach is tedious and initially complicated for anyone unfamiliar with the area but for those willing to ‘yard up’ fixed lines and share cramped crag bases then the view of Victoria Harbour is well worth the effort.
