Altitude 230m a.s.l
A new development by the Arco massive - the project is to develop crags for beginners and novices as well as putting up harder and harder routes.
Two large boulders landscaped, cleaned and bolted to create a variety of easy routes. A good spot for those wanting easy sport.
Sas Lorenzo is mainly slabby with pleasant but anonymous routes; Sas Elena has some shorter, steeper offerings. Grades on Elena are a bit stiff!
Nice location which, although really close to the main road, feels quite peaceful.
Note that the 2015 Versante Sud guide has mis-labelled Sas Elena South Face as 'North'. (Routes Qui, Quo and Qua are on the South Face)
2019 update. As you were. The old guide had some of the names transposed; as does the new Vertical Life guide. I've changed names to fit both new guide and the Insitu Topo (leaving logbook 'ticks' on the correct route I hope!). Routes have numbers at the start and I've included them for 'clarity'. Route numbers on Sad Elena do not run in sequence as you walk round the block Aaaaaaaarrrgggh!
Parking area opposite the wood carvers shop on the main road N of Dro. Walk N up the road for about 50 m and then head L into the woods - you cant miss it!
New bigger oarking area a little further N next to the Zebrata Bar.
