Climbing access is banned as of late 2014 and early 2015.
Any more current information would be greatly appriciated.
Climbing access is difficult. Technically you are not allowed but it is unlikely anyone will stop you. Talk to locals about the best way to get in - if you go through the main gate you will be charged a fee for entering the park and they may stop you. There is a side street which you can use to hop the wall and walk up behind.
|We tried to climb at Moon Hill in November. All the first and many second bolts have been removed. There are new owners of the scenic park who are enforcing that you don't climb there. We got kicked off by two of the park officials who made it very clear that we shouldn't have been there. So don't even think about trying to climb at Moon Hill anymore.|

|Despite recent activity from the Yangshuo climbing festival (October 2014) the already high first bolts and second bolts have been removed from a lot of routes. How high are you prepared to go?|
