Park directly beneath the crag in the small layby area
| This is a stunning crag. Steep slab with varying grades. Catches a lot of sun and is ideal for winter. Read before I visited that there was some contention with climbers accessing this in the past. We visited today (late December 2024) and noticed the first bolts on many of the routes have either been defaced, by being hammered flat against the rock, or have been snipped off completely by bolt croppers. | Absolutely beautiful rock! Its a pity routes 1-3 at the base are surrounded by fly-tips, its pretty horrible, if i had a van or something i would have taken most of it. Apart from that though a super fun location. Arguably route 1 is not a 3(c), probably a 4b, it require more thought than a 3 should. Removed User - 18/Sep/18 |
