Crag features
The Tête Margiole is remote and situated west of the Cayre des Préfouns. It has an elegant summit block.
Approach notes
From the Italian side, the Rifugio Questa needs to be reached from Termes di Valdieri via the picturesque Valscura valley. From the hut and the lake, follow the valley directly and quite steeply to the Brêche Margiole. From France, the brêche can be reached from the Col de Salèse and the Lac Nègre.
