Esoteric sea side bouldering at one of Anglesey's hidden gem (beaches), Porth Padrig. The secluded cove near Llanbadrig is home to 'Ladi Wen' (The White Lady), a stricking white quatzite sea stack. Adjacent to the sea stack is a steep orange wall and further along the cove some limestone (marble?) boulders. Admittedly not the best bouldering in the world but a pleasant enough 'circuit' of easy and varied problems in a great location....
Park at the Llanpadrig Church visitor car park, the cove is below; a short walk (250 metres) along the road and down the coastal path leads to the beach. The limestone boulders are located further along the coast towards Cemaes Bay and can be easily accessed along the coastal path from either the same car park or from the car park at Porth Mawr / Cemaes Bay.
