Beautiful columnar jointed basalt, a popular tourist destination. The climbs are all trad, consisting of short, burly, crack climbing routes on smooth, often featureless walls, shame it's not 20 m longer.
There are some bolts in the top as anchor points.
Cliffs are obvious from the road ~ 30 mins from Borgafjordur, easy access with parking just below the cliffs.
The area is a popular tourist sight so be respectiful and take away all litter/waste. No camping.
