There are no climbing rights as it goverment controlled (but I have picture and tricky bolder problem at around v6-v8)
There are no sport climbing routes due to number of sunbathing vistors in the day.
The handholds are sharp so find the large-finger pockets and footholds on limestone.
They should get a professional company to bolt a few climbs and starting selling 2hrs sessions to climbing tourists just like Krabi.
There's a beach under the Tulum El Castillo Ruins that is a goverment nature reserve. You pay an entrance fee of 70Peso and 45 for videos/photos. It's a beautiful location and is recommended to leave an extra donation to help preserve the site.
It is not free to enter but you do get to see the ruins and sit on the beach for approx £2.50 in 2018.
