Rocktype Sandstone (soft)
Altitude 148m a.s.l
A fine low outcrop composed to quite good rock. It is 4 meters highs and about 175 meters long. Like all southern sandstone it is a little sandy!
Park on a lay by on Hadlow Down Road and walk up Steep Road/Hill before turning left onto a public footpath that crosses the fields. Walk along the footpath for about 200 meters and then turn left and somehow make your way across the fields to a tree border. The rocks are here.
It borders a residential property/a farmers land so it is probably restricted, although this is not confirmed.
