South facing fine grained granite with steep cracks and corners and sharpp incut holds. The majority of the routes are traditional with an abundance of trees above to belay from. There are some new sport routes with good quality bolts and offs. The older dodgier bolts, mainly on blank sections of the trad routes are being replaced in due course.
Park in the beach car park at the furthest left end of the cliff. Bring your warning triangle to warn motorists that you are be laying near the edge of the road. The climbing club have requested that no equipment should be left on the road and to use a spotter for vehicles.
There is a house above the largest part of the wall. Please be courteous and avoid any excess noise and walk off quickly.
