A good viewpoint above Braunwald and one of the few peaks in the vicinity that can be walked up. The pathless 320m ascent of grass and scree from Erigsmatt is however a little tedious. The approach towards Höch Turm along its north-east ridge is good value in itself with a few short easy and un-exposed scrambly bits (the final ascent of Höch Turm requires climbing, while the traverse under its east face to the Ortstock Furggele has been reported on hikr: http://www.hikr.org/tour/post8268.html).
