A small natural sandstone buttress in Primrose Hill Wood, Kelsall, that offers a few milder problems. The buttress faces North and seeps after prolonged rain so best to visit after a dry spell. A brush for the top outs might come in handy.
From Gresty's Waste car park on the A54 head along the Sandstone trail towards Whitchurch, map in the car park of the sandstone trail route for reference. Following this route you will head down a set of wooden steps and then back up a steep path that soon eases off as you beging to pass between fields. Soon you will come to Primrose Wood, as you enter the wood take the immediate left that skirts the large field and follow this path for 500 yards before the buttress can be seen just in the trees on your right. GRESTYS WASTE IS LOCKED AT 5PM
