This crag takes the form of an urban sea wall, just at the top of Newhaven, Edinburgh. The wall lies between a sewage plant and the start of Newhaven Harbour. This crag has a huge variety of bouldering available, as it is something like 800m long. It is tidal, and very high tide makes some bits inaccessible, however that is rarely a problem
There are 3 sets of steps used to approach the crag. One is at the westmost side, next to the sewage plant. One is in the middle, just slightly east of the Old Chain Pier (distinguishable restaurant) and the last is close to the east side, however the steps are behind a gate which doesn't open, so it just needs to be hopped over.
