The Nadelspitz is a narrow block of rock with a needle like summit. Rampenwulst is the large large dark grey wall situated behind the Nadelspitze. A popular spot in Grazer bergland with a good variety of climbing styles.
Starting from Mixnitz, follow the marked hiking trail in the direction of the famous Bärenschutzklamm gorge hike as far as the third bridge crossing. From here, continue straight up as the path steepens. The gorge hiking route continues straight but veer to the right as a forest road emerges. Continue into the forest passing an enormous boulder and further along the hunting tracks which leads to the base of the Nadelspitz. Approach time: 40-50 mins
