Crag features

The highest waterfall in central asia!

This route freezes from late november, forming a 300m high ice route of almost alpine quality. Varied climbing and never too steep this is a mega outing!

The area also features potentail for a number of other alpine lines on the near by peaks, as well as potential for fantastic granite slab climbs on the main rock face.

Approach notes

Approach from the village of Bash Kaindy, accessed from At Bashi by taxi. There is a small road that leads from the village that is rough, but can be driven, this saves 9km from the approach. After this, walk 7km up the valley, crossing a bridge early on to follow a large trail up the true right of the valley. The waterfall can't be missed.
