Generally short routes on good pocketed limestone that have been recently developed as a good alternative to the nearby routes at Reguengo in the Malhadouro gorge
Approach notes
In Reguengo de Fetal drive up the hill to the upper church (as for main climbing area) but just before this a dirt road turns off to the right. Take this up a steep hill for about a kilometre to a junction with a road from the left where there is space for parking. This is Vale dos Ventos. The Chão Falcão sector is up on the left reached by a marked path which turns off the road that continues S up the valley after about 100m and climbs past a low roofed overhang until the crag comes into view ahead and to the right.
