Crag features
Impressive dolomite wall overlooking rifugio Selvata in a more wild part of the Brenta Dolomites, featuring a selection of alpine climbs around 400m. Recently, several new routes have been added with more modern protection (e.g. some bolts on stances and along the routes), but the long approach and relatively tough climbing give the climbing a very alpine feel. Further details on climbs can be found online and by speaking to the gestore of rifugio Selvata before starting out (highly recommended).
Approach notes
From Molveno, take the path to rifugio Croz dell'Altissimo (2hr minimum, 1hr with cable car start, or jeep service to Croz dell'Altissimo), then up to rifugio Selvata (40min). From there, take the path towards rifugio Pedrotti and when below the base of the obvious wall branch off left to get to the start of the climbs. (15min) Be careful on days with a risk of storms, the approach is long unless you stay in one of the huts!
