Crag features
Quite large artificial boulder (~3 to 3.5m tall) next to kids play area. Public toilets a few metres away. Small cave area might have potential for some harder routes, and quite a few cracks to practice jamming. Landing is good, made from that slightly spongey play park floor stuff. Would still recommend a mat and maybe a brush incase of glass. Many holds are quite large, but definitely possible to make harder routes.When I found it Nov 2022 it was a quite mossy and damp so will probably benefit from a quick brush, especially if you want to top out from the cave bit. Doesnt look like it gets much use, but hopefully adding it here will help it get some traffic

20 min walk from Derby Bus station, 15 from train station, certainly parking somewhere nearby

Public park, which closes in the evenings
